Kabul:
The Taliban’s higher education minister said on Thursday that Afghan universities have been declared off-limits to women because the female students did not follow instructions including an appropriate dress code.
Neda Mohammad Nadeem said in an interview on state television: “The female students who came to the university from home also did not follow the instruction to wear the hijab… They dressed as if they were going to a wedding.”
