IPL Auction 2023: Sam Curran was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 1.85 crore, becoming the most expensive buyer in IPL auction history. Harry Brook attracted great interest from three franchises and was eventually sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 132.5 crore. Mayank Agarwal was also acquired by SRH for Rs 825 crore. Kane Williamson was the first player to be sold to the Gujarat Titans for Rs 2 crore. Ajinkya Rahane acquired CSK at a reserve price of Rs 50 lakh. Joe Root and Rilee Rossouw didn’t sell in the first set.Big-name overseas players participating in the competition include ben stokes, Kane Williamson, Sam Curran, Jason Holder, cameron green wait.In big hat Indian names eg Akinya Rahan, Mayak Agarwal, Manish Pandey with Ishan Sharma Hoping to find a new home for myself. Sunrisers Hyderabad had the largest revenue with Rs 422.5 crore followed by Punjab Kings with Rs 322 crore.
