Relatives of actress Tunisha Sharma said on Sunday that her partner Sheezan Mohammed Khan, who was accused in her alleged suicide, had sex with several Girls have had contact.
Tunisha Sharma’s uncle, Pawan Sharma, said the family was devastated by the incident.
“We can’t believe Tunisha is no more. She used to live with her mother in the Indraprastha complex on Mira Road. She used to take care of everything. I have full trust in the police. Whoever is accused should be punished,” Pawan Sharma told ANI.
“Even after having a relationship with Tunisha and living together, Sheezan used to keep in touch with many girls. This made Tunisha feel stressed and depressed. On December 16, Tunisha knew that Sheezan cheated on her and since then, she suffered from anxiety. Tunisha’s The mother also spoke to Sheezan, asking him why he came so close and then suddenly moved away from Tunisha when he was not serious. It was not right,” he added.
Pawan Sharma further informed that actor Tunisha Sharma’s final ceremony will be held on December 27 at the Mira Road area.
Waliff police said on Sunday that the actor’s autopsy report had listed “hanging” as the cause of death.
Meanwhile, police have so far recorded statements from 14 people in connection with Tunisha Sharma’s death.
“Tunisha Sharma used to be an actress in a TV show. Tunisha had an affair with Sheezan Khan. They broke up 15 days ago, after which she committed suicide on her show,” Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Chandrakant Jadhav’s press release here Said at the meeting.
The ACP further said: “Tunisha’s mother lodged a complaint and the accused Sheezan was arrested and later brought before a court to place him in judicial custody for four days. The autopsy report clearly stated that the cause of death was hanging. She hanged herself with a bandage.”
An abetted suicide case was registered against Sheezan under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code after his “Alibaba: Dastan-e-Kabul” co-star was found dead on the set of the show.
He was taken to Vasai court by officers from Waliv Police Station on Sunday.
In court, Sheezan’s lawyer Sharad Rai told the media, “He (Sheezan Khan) appeared in court. The charges against him are baseless.”
ACP Jadhav added that investigations into the matter are ongoing and further clarified that no other angles of love jihad or blackmail have surfaced so far.
“The investigation is ongoing. The mobile phones of the accused Sheezan and Tunisha have been confiscated. So far there is no angle of any other incident, blackmail or ‘love jihad’,” the ACP siad.
Tunisha, who also appeared in Bollywood films including “Fitoor”, “Baar Baar Dekho”, “Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh” and “Dabangg 3”, was found dead on the set of a TV series.
According to Waliff police, they received information that after the coffee break the actress went to the toilet and did not return, and officers broke in and found her hanged.
No suicide note was found at the scene.
Police said the reason behind Tunisha’s alleged extreme behavior was her split from Sheezan two weeks ago.
Tunisha’s body was taken to JJ Hospital in Naigaon about 1.30am on Sunday, where an autopsy was performed.
