Indian food ranks fifth in list of world’s best cuisines

Food plays an integral role in defining a country’s culture and heritage. When it comes to India, the country’s cuisine is vast and rich, telling the story of different parts of the country. This gives Indian cuisine an edge over other cuisines and tops the list of best cuisines in the world. You heard us! According to Taste Atlas, India ranks fifth in the list of the best food in the world in 2022. The country has a score of 4.54 (stars) out of five. A statement on the official Taste Atlas website said the rankings were based on “audience votes on ingredients, dishes and beverages”.

According to the report, the most popular Indian food is tandoori dishes with a rating of 4.7.other dishes are barbecue, Naanchutney, BiryaniDahl, Indian Chicken, butter chicken and paratha to name a few.
