Radical preacher and Khalistani separatist Amritpal Singh was dramatically arrested in Punjab today, days after Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met Home Minister Amit Shah. They reportedly discussed the matter at a March 2 meeting, the people said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
