Rapper MC Stan’s Indore concert interrupted by Karni Sena

Members of Karni Sena made a fuss at rapper MC Stan’s concert in an Indore hotel and forced him to stop performing for using foul language in his song.
Following Friday night’s incident, city police filed cases against some members of the group on Saturday, but have yet to make any arrests, an official said.
A First Information Report (FIR) was registered at the Rasudia Police Station in the city under Sections 451 (Trespassing), 294 (Abusive) and 506 (Intimidation) and other relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. ), said Inspector RS Dandotia.
He said the accused named in the FIR included local Karni Sena leaders Digvijay Singh and Raja Singh, while others were identified from video footage of the incident.
Inspectors said Karni Sena activists allegedly abused and threatened spectators and broke some flower pots after breaking into a Stan show organized at a hotel in the Rasudia area, inspectors said.
He added that the rapper, the winner of season 16 of the reality show Bigg Boss, had to leave the stage midway through the show.
Police arrived and used “moderate force” to disperse the protesters, the official said.
Karni Sena district unit chairman Anurag Pratap Singh Raghav said on Saturday that MC Stan was “spreading obscene content among young people by using foul language in his songs” so his activists forced him to leave the venue.
Some videos of the incident have also surfaced on social media.
Fans of the young rapper took to social media to express their outrage at the vandalism of Karni Sena workers. A post in solidarity with Stan was shared with the message “Public stands with MC Stan”.
