Sam Altman, CEO of the company that created ChatGPT, arguably the world’s best-known AI-powered chatbot, revealed in an interview that he’s “a little bit scared” of his company’s invention abc news.
“We have to be careful here. I think people should be happy that we’re a little bit scared about it,” OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said in an interview. This, he said, is because the technology itself is so powerful and potentially Danger. Asked about the reasons behind his “fearful” reaction to starting the company, Mr. Altman replied that if he didn’t, “you either don’t trust me or you’re very unhappy that I’m doing this job.”

Mr Altman also discussed the impact that AI-powered chatbots could have on education, and whether they could contribute to laziness among students. “Education is going to have to change. But it has happened many times with technology. When we get calculators, the way we teach math and the way we test students completely changes,” he continued telling the outlet.
OpenAI recently introduced GPT-4, an AI technique that demonstrates human-level performance on certain professional and academic tasks. According to the company blog, the latest chatbot is “more creative and collaborative than ever before” and will “solve difficult problems with greater accuracy” than its earlier versions.
