Lahore Qalandars defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 4 wickets in the knockout 2 of the ongoing Pakistan Super League on Friday. muhammad haris’85 off 54 balls and Baba AzamZalmi went 42-for-36 and 5-for-20 for 171 points after the team opted to bat first in the game. In response, Mirza Tahir Baig took 54 off 42 balls to help Qalandars bring home seven balls. Babar Azam shined with the bat as he scored 522 runs in 11 games with an average of 52.20 and a batting average of 145.40.

“Satisfied with the form but disappointed that it didn’t help the team win. I’ll look back and see what I could have done better,” Babar said after the game.

On the other hand, Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen took 15 wickets in 11 overs before the final.

“I’ve been doing my best in terms of batting, bowling and defending. I want to come out and bat when the situation calls for it,” Shaheen said after the game.
